We both worked full time from 2006 to 2010 and needed a child care provider for our, at the time 3 year old son. We had met Kimberly Phillips when we lived in the same part of town and she started providing child care for our son shortly thereafter.
Our son felt completely safe and happy in her home. Kimberly Phillips offered many educational activities, as well as healthy snacks and meals. Her kindness and patience in which she showed to all of her children was outstanding. Her home was always kept very clean and child proof.
Overall, I would defiantly recommend Kimberly Phillips as a child care provider for any other family in need of child care services. With her background, experience and training as well as her strong ability to connect with children, she can defiantly offer everything a family would be looking for in a provider.

Our son loved being at Koala daycare! He would exclaim hooray when we drove up Kim's driveway and even protested some days, not wanting to leave. This was a comfort to us. It's hard to leave your child, and knowing they are enjoying their time at daycare is priceless.
Kim's care for our son was flawless. She gave him extra cuddles when needed, helped him with his speech, provides tons of outdoor play and always took the greatest care for his safety and well being.
We enjoyed the creative arts and crafts he would bring home and the play time at the table using his imagination. Her menu was another thing we were grateful for as she offered a variety of healthy well balanced meals, with fruits, veggies and whole grains.
Our son has asthma and we appreciated Kim's well kept home and her use of environmentally friendly products. Thank you Kim for your excellent care of our son! We recommend you now and often whenever people ask about childcare!

Kimberly has provided my son with a safe and caring environment. She has been attentive to his needs and the needs of me as a parent. Kimberly has always provided me with the comfort that my son has been in a playful and secure home, and has always been there to answer any questions or concerns that I may have had. Our first experience with daycare has been with Koala Daycare. As my husband and I are fairly new parents, we were somewhat uneasy about leaving our child with someone else. Rest assured those reservations were quickly dispelled after getting to know Kimberly and coming to understand what exactly she would provide in childcare.
Kimberly's caring and loving environment made our family's transition as smooth as possible. Just knowing our little one would be WELL looked after and having his needs met, gave us a wonderful peace of mind. Not only is Kimberly a daycare provider, she is a mother. From what we have seen and experienced she treats all the children as she would her own. It is her warm heart and compassion that allows us to go to work every day knowing our child is in good hands.
We take great comfort in that our son is not only well taken care of, but that he is also engaged. Kimberly (like us) does not believe in putting the children in front of the television for 8 hours a day, whether it is a walk around the neighbourhood or to the local park the children are always involved in some sort of development friendly experience.

With three young children I know the hassles of finding GREAT daycare. Finding one that meets some of your standards is difficult, finding one that meets all of them, almost impossible. Koala Daycare has really provided me with everything I had wanted in a daycare and then more. Kim is consistently professional, calm and wonderfully caring. The kids get tons of outside time and creative outlets. A meticulously clean home and excellent food choices top off the fantastic list of attributes of Koala Daycare. I would highly recommend Kim and Koala Daycare to any person considering bringing their child into her care.
